Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! I offer free shipping as long as you are in the United States. For all international purchases, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Can these iPods run Spotify and Apple Music?

All iPods use music that is from either your iTunes library like MP3, ALAC, MP4 files you may own. If you would like help on getting music to your iPod, I will include directions on how to install music.

What parts do you use with your iPod Builds?

I only source the highest quality parts that are available. This includes:

iFlash solos, quads, etc
PNY cards, Samsung cards, etc
High quality batteries
Original or new click-wheels

My iPod is not connecting to itunes, what do I do?

If you are having connectivity issues, always plug your iPod into the back USB port of your PC to transfer music.

If you're using a laptop, please try plugging your iPod into a USB hub that's connected to your computer.

iPod's are old technology, and rely on older ways of connecting to your computer.
